Payment

Please choose the payment method according to your preference.

We offer four payment methods: [Credit card], [PayPal], [Cash on delivery (Sagawa Express e-Collect)] and [Pay later].

Credit card payment

[VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX] are accepted.

PayPal

Withdrawals will be subject to the terms and conditions of each credit card or Paypal membership.
Payment method is lump sum payment only.

Amazon Pay

You can easily make payments using the address and credit card information registered to your Amazon.co.jp account.
If you have an Amazon.co.jp account, no special registration process is required.

Cash on delivery (Sagawa Express e-Collect)

Total payment: Product price + shipping fee + COD fee
Please pay by cash, credit card, electronic money or debit card when the product arrives.

Postpaid/Payday

This is a payment method that does not require a credit card. You will create a Paidy account and payment will be made on the 10th of the following month.

Regarding out-of-stock items and shortages

We try to have sufficient stock of products, but since we share inventory with stores, please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request if a transaction is also being made in-store at the time of your order.

If there is a shortage or out of stock, we will take the following measures:

We will promptly contact you via email to ask for your request.
We will process your order according to your instructions.

*If we are unable to contact you via email, we may contact you by phone.

Additions and changes

Due to our operating system, we cannot accept changes or cancellations of some or all items after an order has been placed.

It is the customer's responsibility to always check the order details and our store's procedures (payment method, delivery method, delivery time, etc.) before submitting the order.
We cannot change the payment method or delivery method after an order has been placed.

Shipping method

Our store offers Sagawa Express Hikyakubin and Sagawa Express e-Collect.

*Damage or loss during transportation is subject to Sagawa Express's terms of use, which includes compensation.

Shipping fee: 850 yen nationwide

*Cash on delivery service is not available in some areas.

You can specify the desired delivery date and time (delivery date can be specified from 3 days after the order date).

You can choose "Registered address" or "Designated address."

We will contact the billing address to inform you of the product price and delivery date.

Delivery time

The delivery times for your product are as follows:

After receiving your order, we will arrange for the item to be shipped within 3 business days. Depending on the delivery method you specify, the item will generally arrive within 2-5 days of your order.

In the event of a large number of orders or in some areas, delivery may be delayed.
There are periods when we are unable to ship items, such as the New Year holidays and Golden Week. If you place an order around these times, delivery may be delayed.
