About Orders

Out-of-stock or Shortages

While we strive to ensure ample stock, inventory is shared with in-store availability, so please understand that we may not be able to fulfill your request if an in-store transaction occurs at the same time as your online order.

In case of out-of-stock or shortages, we will respond as follows:

We will promptly contact the customer via email to ask how they wish to proceed.
Based on the customer's response, we will process the order accordingly.
If email communication fails, we may contact you by phone.

Additions and Changes

Due to our operating system, we do not accept changes, partial, or full cancellations after an order has been placed.

Please ensure to check your order details and our policies (payment methods, delivery methods, delivery time, etc.) before placing an order.
Changes to payment or delivery methods cannot be made after an order is placed.
