A. Sales staff (Osaka store)
Business Content
- Customer service sales
- Domestic and international buying assistance
- Social media content creation
- Product management, online store management
Eligibility
- Applicants must be 23 years of age or older and have at least one year of work experience.
- Those who can speak English or Chinese will be given preference.
Location
- THE ELEPHNAT Osaka store (1-12-17 Kitahorie, Nishi-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture)
Working hours
- Full-time employee/contract employee Shift system (5 days a week/8 hours a day) 11:30~20:30 (1 hour break)
- Part-time work: 3 days a week or more

B. Collection Production Staff (Working in Tokyo)
1. Full-time (production management + pattern creation)
Business Content
- Create fabric and cut-and-sew patterns under the direction of the designer, and create specifications
- Sample up and correction support
- Mass production arrangements and delivery date management
- Interactions with OEM factories (accessories, shoes, knitwear, etc. other than woven fabrics) (domestic factories only)
Desired experience
- Pattern making and production management experience in the apparel industry (3+ years)
- Experience in negotiating with factories and OEMs
Required Skills
- Pattern creation (apparel CAD skills preferred)
- Creating specifications (Excel, Illustrator)
- Communication with factories (sample requests, mass production arrangements, delivery management)
Rewards
- The salary will be decided based on your skills and abilities, taking into consideration your previous salary.

2. Contract work (freelance, people who can manage production as a side job)

- We are looking for someone to manage the process of making samples of about 20 types of fabrics for a season with specifications, arranging for mass production, and delivering the products. Although you can basically work from home, you must be able to come to our atelier in Jingumae once a week for work assignments and meetings. (If you wish, you may be promoted to a full-time employee.)
Rewards
- 120,000 yen per month (Determined according to the amount of work thereafter, 40-50 types per year)
Desired experience
- Practical experience in production management
- Those who can work as a freelancer or part-time producer
